About the Role

As a JavaScript Developer at Octily you are the at the core of, and the key ingredient to our success:

• You enable global HR teams to customize world’s leading talent and learning platforms.
• You find effective and creative solutions to tricky challenges not been solved before.
• You build solid user interfaces with rich functionality.
• You absorb diverse requirements of our clients and turn them into actual user journeys.
• You deliver tested, quality results to our project managers on a daily base.
• You take client projects from implementation to go live.

You will communicate with your team members through Teams and Slack, work on tickets in Asana, deploy your code through Gitlab, and track times using Mite.

About You

• [ ] You are passionate about what you do. You love your well-written, structured, quality code. You’re proud on what you build. And with a good mix of JavaScript, React, TypeScript, Node.js, HTML, CSS, SASS, and LESS you’re able to create solid user interfaces.
• [ ] You have used Git, npm, Amazon Web Services, Vercel, and Google Firebase. You know your IDE inside out. And you happy to check your results in different browsers. And on different devices.
• [ ] You are based in Germany, or (almost) anywhere*
• [ ] You speak English (+1 for German or other languages)
