About the Role
As an Administration Generalist at Octily, you form the contractual and financial foundation, crucial for managing all paperwork throughout our entire organization and within the unique client lifecycles:
- Contracting: Overseeing and managing all contractual documents, ensuring they are up-to-date, accurately maintained, and readily accessible.
- Invoice Management: Handling the invoicing process, including the creation, distribution, and tracking of invoices, as well as addressing any related queries.
- Event Preparation and Coordination: Organizing and coordinating events, which includes planning, logistics, and execution, ensuring every detail is managed efficiently.
- Human Resources: Assisting with various HR tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and maintaining employee records.
- Onboarding: Facilitating the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company, including orientation and initial training sessions.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensuring all our operations are compliant with general standards, including the proper handling of personal data and privacy policies, and all processes are well documented and available to all team members.
You will communicate with your team members through Teams and Slack, work on tickets in Asana, and track times using Mite.
